01Acceptance of These Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of vilfintv.com and its pages, including the Multiscreener, VilfinTV News, Stories, Academy, Blog Intelligence Hub, screeners, calculators, ETF Momentum Mode and the Market Assistant (together, the "Platform"), operated by VilfinTV ("VilfinTV", "we", "us").
By accessing or using the Platform you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.
02Not Investment Advice
The Platform is provided for educational and informational purposes only. Nothing on the Platform, including screener results, ETF momentum modes, market sentiment scores, calculators, stories, articles, videos or Market Assistant responses, is investment, financial, tax or legal advice, or a recommendation or solicitation to buy, sell or hold any security, fund or other product.
VilfinTV is not registered with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) as an investment adviser or research analyst. Mutual fund and stock market investments are subject to market risks; read all scheme-related documents carefully before investing. Past performance and historical patterns do not guarantee future results. Make your own decisions, or consult a SEBI-registered adviser, based on your personal risk tolerance and financial goals.
Portfolio Simulator & Simulator Buy. The Portfolio Simulators (mutual fund, India ETF and global ETF) show rule-based model portfolios and historical model estimates built from published data, for learning only; they do not know your income, goals, existing investments or tax position and are not a recommendation. Simulator Buy shows simulated accounts run under fixed rules for VilfinTV's internal team members: no real money is invested, no units or shares are bought or held for anyone, and simulated results do not predict future returns. You must accept a risk warning before opening a simulator. Optional market-dip readings shown inside the simulators (falls of 5%, 10% or 15% in a market, sector or theme, with the checks behind them) are dated illustrations computed from completed closing prices — not signals to trade, not forecasts of a recovery, and possibly out of date when you read them.
US-listed and global ETFs. Content about US-listed and global ETFs is educational. Investing abroad by Indian residents is subject to the Liberalised Remittance Scheme and FEMA, tax collected at source, foreign withholding tax, currency risk and, for non-US persons, possible US estate tax. VilfinTV is not registered with the US Securities and Exchange Commission or FINRA.
03Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, and able to form a binding contract under applicable law, to use the Platform.
04Using the Platform
You may use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to:
- use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in breach of any applicable law or regulation, including securities laws;
- copy, scrape, resell or redistribute Platform content or data in bulk, or use automated tools that place an unreasonable load on the Platform;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to, interfere with or disrupt the Platform, its services or connected systems;
- upload or transmit malware, spam, or content that is unlawful, misleading, abusive or infringing;
- misrepresent your identity or affiliation, or present Platform content as your own advice to others.
We may suspend or restrict access to the Platform for anyone who breaches these Terms.
05Market Data & Accuracy
Prices, indices, fund data, news and other information on the Platform come from exchanges, publishers and other third-party sources. Data may be delayed, incomplete or contain errors, and calculated outputs (for example screener results, ETF momentum modes or sentiment scores) depend on that data and on methods that have limitations.
We work to keep information accurate and current, but we do not guarantee its accuracy, completeness or timeliness. Always verify important information with official sources, such as the exchange or the fund house, before acting on it.
06Market Assistant & Automated Content
Some features, including the Market Assistant, research tools and summaries, generate content automatically. Automated output can be incomplete, outdated or wrong, and it is not reviewed by a human before you see it. Treat it as a starting point for your own research, not as a conclusion or advice.
07Third-Party Content, Links & Partners
The Platform includes or links to third-party content and services, such as YouTube videos and live streams, TradingView charts, news publishers, NSE India, brokers, banks and investment platforms. These are not controlled by VilfinTV; your use of them is governed by their own terms and policies, and we are not responsible for their content, availability or practices.
Referral & affiliate disclosure: some links to brokers, banks and investment platforms (for example in "Best Brokers & Apps" lists on the screener, ETF, story and other pages) are referral or affiliate links. VilfinTV earns referral compensation (cash or other benefits) from some of these providers when you open an account through such a link, at no extra cost to you — this is a material connection you should be aware of. Referral links are not endorsements or investment recommendations; evaluate any provider independently.
08Intellectual Property
The Platform's design, software, text, graphics, logos and original content are owned by VilfinTV or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may view and share links to Platform pages, but you may not reproduce, modify, distribute or create derivative works from Platform content without our prior written permission, except as allowed by law.

09Feedback & Submissions
If you send us feedback, suggestions or bug reports, you allow VilfinTV to use them to improve the Platform without any obligation to you. Please do not send confidential or sensitive personal information.
10Email Communications
If you subscribe to the Daily Market Analysis & Sector Report, you agree to receive those emails. You can unsubscribe at any time on the Unsubscribe page. Report content is subject to the "Not Investment Advice" section above.
11Disclaimer of Warranties
The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, reliability, fitness for a particular purpose, availability or non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful components.
12Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, VilfinTV and its owners, contributors and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, investments, capital, data or opportunity, arising from or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or any information on it, including any investment or trading decision you make.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
13Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless VilfinTV from any claims, losses or expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Platform.
14Changes to the Platform & These Terms
We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of the Platform at any time. We may also update these Terms; the "Last updated" date at the top of this page shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the Platform after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
15Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Platform will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in India. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
