02Informational & Educational Purposes Only

All content on the Platform is provided strictly for informational and educational purposes. This includes screener results, ETF momentum modes, sentiment scores, calculators, research summaries, news, stories, blog posts, videos, emails and Academy lessons. None of it is financial, investment, legal, tax or other professional advice, or a recommendation to buy, sell or hold any security, fund or product.

Portfolio Simulator & Simulator Buy. The Portfolio Simulators (mutual fund, India ETF and global ETF) show rule-based model portfolios and historical model estimates built from published data, for learning only; they do not know your income, goals, existing investments or tax position and are not a recommendation. Simulator Buy shows simulated accounts run under fixed rules for VilfinTV's internal team members: no real money is invested, no units or shares are bought or held for anyone, and simulated results do not predict future returns. You must accept a risk warning before opening a simulator. Optional market-dip readings shown inside the simulators (falls of 5%, 10% or 15% in a market, sector or theme, with the checks behind them) are dated illustrations computed from completed closing prices — not signals to trade, not forecasts of a recovery, and possibly out of date when you read them.

US-listed and global ETFs. Content about US-listed and global ETFs is educational. Investing abroad by Indian residents is subject to the Liberalised Remittance Scheme and FEMA, tax collected at source, foreign withholding tax, currency risk and, for non-US persons, possible US estate tax. VilfinTV is not registered with the US Securities and Exchange Commission or FINRA.

VilfinTV is not registered with SEBI as an investment adviser or research analyst, and is not a broker, dealer or exchange. Mutual fund and stock market investments are subject to market risks; read all scheme-related documents carefully before investing, and consult a SEBI-registered adviser for advice suited to your circumstances.

03Market Data & Analytics

Prices, index levels, fund data and other market information are obtained from exchanges, fund houses, publishers and other third-party sources. Data may be delayed, incomplete or revised, and is not guaranteed to be accurate or current.

Analytical outputs are produced by automated methods with known limitations, for example:

  • ETF Momentum Mode compares each ETF's weekly price with the chosen benchmark (RS-Ratio and RS-Momentum). The modes describe past relative performance and do not predict future returns. Thinly traded or recently listed ETFs may be shown as "Not classified".
  • India Mutual Fund Screener ratings, scores, status labels (In form, On track, Underperforming, Out of track) and Factor DNA are computed from past NAVs and describe historical behaviour only. Portfolio holdings are as of the fund house's latest monthly disclosure, and taxation notes summarise general rules that may change with each Union Budget.
  • Market Sentiment Score and screener ratings combine several indicators into a summary and can disagree with other methods.
  • Calculators use the assumptions you enter, such as return, tenure and inflation, and show illustrations, not promised outcomes.

Always verify important figures with the official source, such as NSE, BSE, AMFI or the fund house, before acting on them. Exchange names and data remain the property of their respective owners.

04Editorial & AI Content Policy

How content is produced. News summaries, featured stories, blog digests, briefings and some Academy material are composed with the help of automated tools, including AI-assisted writing, using information from publicly available sources.

Original composition. Facts are gathered and cross-checked across multiple public sources, and the resulting text is independently written. It is a transformative summary and never a verbatim reproduction of original journalism. Headlines link to, or credit, the original publisher where appropriate.

Accuracy. Automated and AI-assisted content can contain errors, omissions or outdated information. It is provided "as is"; please verify important facts with the original source before relying on them, and report errors using the feedback form.

No professional advice. News, stories and briefings are for general information and are not financial, legal, medical or other professional advice.

Financial stories. Stock and mutual fund stories end with a risk disclaimer and may include referral links (see "Third-Party Links & Referral Disclosure" below).

06Images & Attribution

  • Original artwork: story covers and illustrations on VilfinTV Stories are original works created for VilfinTV.
  • Stock imagery: generic fallback images come from Unsplash under the Unsplash License, or from similar royalty-free libraries.
  • Official images: images of public figures are used only where officially released for public use (for example pmindia.gov.in, whitehouse.gov, kerala.gov.in or consilium.europa.eu) and carry a visible "Image via …" attribution.
  • News images shown alongside headlines belong to the respective publishers and are displayed with links to the original story.

If you believe an image is used incorrectly, please contact us and we will review it promptly.

07Live TV, Radio & Embedded Media

Live TV, IPTV, YouTube Live and radio sections organise and link to channels and streams that are made publicly available by their broadcasters or platforms. VilfinTV does not host, record or re-encode these streams and does not claim any rights in them. All programmes, logos and channel names belong to their respective owners, and availability can change at any time.

Embedded players and widgets, such as YouTube and TradingView, are provided by those services and governed by their own terms.

09Copyright Complaints & Takedown

We respect the rights of creators. If you believe content on the Platform infringes your copyright or trademark, contact us with:

  • the page URL and a description of the material;
  • proof that you own the work or are authorised to act for the owner;
  • how we can reach you.

We review every notice and remove or correct material where appropriate, normally within a few working days.

While we work to keep the Platform accurate and available, VilfinTV makes no warranties about the completeness, accuracy, reliability or timeliness of any information, and the Platform is provided "as is".
